Anthotyros Grated 200g
An excellent white semi-hard cheese which comes from whey cheese and the addition of fresh Cretan milk.
When salted and matured, it becomes a spicy cheese. It is available dried.
Ideal as grated cheese over pasta or fried potatoes. It accompanies raki and ouzo.
Ingredients:
Semi-hard cheese first class with goat & sheep milk (From Greece), whey and salt.
Storage conditions:
Keep it in places between 2 to 4 °C
