Greek Seasoning Mix for Kebab by Cretan Life
This spice mixture of oregano, cumin and chilli makes a great tasting kebab every time! It's ideal with lamb, beef and chicken but could also be used for vegetables or even fish.
Spices included: Oregano, cumin, chilli, black pepper, onion, sea salt
Recipe:
Place 250g of lamb, beef or chicken mince in a bowl together with a chopped onion, 3 tbsp of the Kebab spice mix, 1 egg yolk, 60g breadcrumbs and mix it all together.
Shape the mixture into oblong patties. You can then cook the kebabs on a BBQ, under the grill or in the oven. Squeeze some lemon over the top once they are cooked and serve with pita bread and Greek Salad.
